Fiscal Reform and Economic Governance is implemented by DAI with Georgia State University, The Louis Berger Group, and the Center for Global Development.

The Fiscal Reform Project is composed of a Core Project Team, led by Mark Gallagher, and a Board of Advisors comprising world-renowned public finance experts. In addition to the Core Team and the Board of Advisors, the Project has access to a roster of senior-level specialists with expertise in fiscal reform and economic governance issues to provide assistance to Missions or USAID/W on an as-needed basis.
